Transform Your Family Dynamics
Therapeutic Intensives to Repair, Reconnect, and Rebuild
“The more we know about how we lost our spontaneous wonder and creativity, the more we can find ways to get them back.”
-John Bradshaw
Why a Family Intensive?
Every family has moments of disconnection, when old patterns get in the way of intimacy and change the focus from thriving to surviving. A family intensive creates a pause point and moves your family from rift to repair.
Whether you’re navigating a strained family relationship, struggling to break inter-generational trauma, or facing a major life change, our intensives are designed to help your family realign with what matters most.
What to Expect
The Family Intensive acknowledges and treats the family system as the client. All voices and perspectives are honored in this space, and we remove blame by shifting our clinical focus to the family unit.
We guide your family through interactive processes that allow real-time connection and practice.
What’s Included:
Parent-teen repair sessions
Development of family focused “home agreements”
- Identifying and healing of major family disruptions
- Divorce
- Grief
- Trauma
Time for reflection, creative expression, and reconnection
Our clinicians use Family Systems, Parts work, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Psychodrama for our Trauma informed Family Intensives
Expect to experience raw and powerful emotions. This work demands vulnerability.
What You'll Leave With
Our goal isn’t just a “good weekend.” It’s a meaningful shift in how your family communicates, and experiences one another.
You’ll leave with:
Stronger listening and expression skills
Tools to navigate rupture and repair
Confidence in setting and holding boundaries
A personalized roadmap for continued family growth
When you leave this intensive, your family will feel different.

Lets Nurture Your Family Roots
This is more than therapy. It’s time together with intention — time to remember who you are as a family and who you want to become. Let us support your process of reconnection.
